Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement of section 15 of the Firearms and Other Acts Amendment Act 2010 , a person holds a licence under Part 2 and the person's ordinary place of residence is not in Victoria.
(2) Despite section 46A, until the expiry of the licence, the person is not disqualified from holding the licence merely because the person's ordinary place of residence is not Victoria.
