Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsSection 49 of this Act, as in force immediately before the commencement of section 13 of the Firearms Amendment Act 2018 , applies in the case of any licence suspended under section 47 in respect of which a decision has not been made by the Chief Commissioner under section 49 before the commencement of section 13 of that Act.
