Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If a licence is cancelled under section 19(2) of the National Domestic Violence Order Scheme Act 2016 , the Chief Commissioner must serve a notice of the cancellation of the licence on the holder of the licence, either personally or by post.
(2) Cancellation of the licence by the Chief Commissioner has effect from the time at which notice of the cancellation is served on the licence holder.
