EPA may require variation of monitoring and verification plan

109. EPA may require variation of monitoring and verification plan



(1) The Environment Protection Authority may require the holder of an
injection and monitoring licence to vary the monitoring and verification plan
prepared as part of the injection and monitoring plan.

(2) The Environment Protection Authority may only do this after consulting
with the permit holder.

(3) The Environment Protection Authority must consult the Minister before
requiring a variation under subsection (1).
