219. Definition of rehabilitation bond
(1) In this Division rehabilitation bond means an instrument acceptable to
the Minister securing the payment of a specified amount of money for any
rehabilitation work, clean-up work or pollution prevention work that may be
necessary as a result of a greenhouse gas sequestration operation.
(2) A rehabilitation bond is not to include any costs associated with
long-term monitoring or verification arising in relation to the surrender of
injection rights under an injection and monitoring licence.
