Application for permits

23. Application for permits

In addition to complying with section 147, an applicant for an exploration
permit must submit details of-

   (a)  the work program proposed by the applicant; and

   (b)  details of the applicant's relevant technical qualifications and of
        the relevant technical qualifications of the applicant's employees;
        and

   (c)  details of the relevant technical advice available to the applicant;
        and

   (d)  details of the financial resources available to the applicant.
