26. Minister may make new grant if former grant refused
(1) This section applies if the Minister decides to grant an exploration
permit to an applicant who responded to an invitation under section 22 but who
subsequently states in writing that the applicant does not intend to accept
the grant.
(2) The Minister may grant the permit to any other applicant for the permit.
(3) This section applies regardless of how many times the Minister has decided
to grant the permit.
