Offence to obstruct inspector


269. Offence to obstruct inspector

A person must not-

   (a)  obstruct or hinder; or

   (b)  refuse admission to any premises to-

an inspector, or any person necessarily assisting an inspector, while the
inspector is exercising a power given to the inspector by this Act. Penalty:
240 penalty units.
