28. Restrictions on permit area

In issuing an exploration permit, the Minister must ensure-

   (a)  that the area to which the permit applies forms a continuous parcel of
        land; and

   (b)  that no part of the area to which the permit applies is within an area
        that is already the subject of an exploration permit.
