Permit may be limited to a stratum of land


29. Permit may be limited to a stratum of land



(1) An exploration permit may be granted-

   (a)  for a stratum of land; or

   (b)  without being limited to a particular stratum.

(2) The Minister must not grant a permit for a stratum of land unless he or
she determines that it is in the public interest.
