Greenhouse Gas Geological Sequestration Act 2008 - SECT 30 

Term of permit


30. Term of permit

An exploration permit expires on the fifth anniversary of the day on which it
is registered in the greenhouse gas sequestration register, unless it is
cancelled or surrendered earlier or unless this Act otherwise provides.
