319. Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994



(1) In section 33(4) of the Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994-

   (a)  after paragraph (ba) insert-



"(bb) exploration for underground geological formations or injection of
greenhouse gas substances into an underground geological storage formation
within the meaning of the Greenhouse Gas Geological Sequestration Act 2008;
or"; and

(b) in paragraph (c), after " Geothermal Energy Resources Act 2005" insert ",
Greenhouse Gas Geological Sequestration Act 2008".
