What compensation is payable for-resource authority holders

49. What compensation is payable for-resource authority holders



(1) Compensation is payable by the holder of an injection and monitoring
licence to any holder of a resource authority for any loss or damage that has
been, or will be, sustained in relation to the land or resource as a direct,
natural and reasonable consequence of the carrying out of any activity under
the injection and monitoring plan including for-

   (a)  deprivation of access to the resource; and

   (b)  loss of opportunity to recover or use the resource.
