99. Consent of other resource authority holders
An injection and monitoring licence holder who proposes to undertake work that
will present a significant risk of contaminating or sterilising other
resources in the licence area must take all reasonable steps to obtain consent
to undertake that work from any holder of a resource authority in the licence
area if the resource for which they hold an authority is likely to be
contaminated or sterilised. Penalty: 240 penalty units.
