ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 49C
Offence to consume intoxicating liquor while supervising certain drivers
A person must not consume intoxicating liquor while the person is taken to be
in charge of a motor vehicle by reason of the operation of section 3AA(1)(c)
or (d).
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
