Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister on behalf of the State, may enter into an agreement with a traditional owner group entity for an area of public land as to the provision of funding to the entity for the purpose of giving effect to the recognition and settlement agreement of which the funding agreement is a part.
