Requests for an investigation into a fire

39. Requests for an investigation into a fire



(1) A request under section 30(1) or 31(1) of the Act for a coroner to
investigate a fire must-

   (a)  be in Form 16; and

   (b)  specify the reason why the investigation of the fire is sought.

(2) A coroner's decision in respect of a request made under section 30(1) or
31(1) of the Act must be in Form 17.
