Definitions

4. Definitions



(1) In these Rules, unless the context or subject matter otherwise requires-

corporation means any body corporate, whether formed within or out of
Victoria; the Act means the Coroners Act 2008.

(2) Whereby these Rules a form is prescribed for use, that form must be used
with any necessary variation or modification.
