62. Findings not required if inquest not held or discontinued



(1) If, under section 71 of the Act, a coroner is not required to make any of
the findings specified in section 67(1) of the Act in respect of a death, the
coroner must complete a determination.

(2) A determination under subrule (1) must be in Form 41.
