Objectives

1. Objectives

The objectives of these Regulations are-

   (a)  to provide forms and machinery provisions for-

   (i)  investigations and inquests into deaths; and

   (ii) investigations and inquests into fires; and

   (b)  to prescribe various matters necessary to be prescribed under the
        Coroners Act 2008.
