9. Particulars to be provided in certain reportable deaths that do not require
investigation

For the purposes of section 17(2) of the Act, the prescribed particulars the
principal registrar must notify the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages
of are-

   (a)  the deceased's full name;

   (b)  the deceased's date of birth (or age at his or her last birthday);

   (c)  the cause of death;

   (d)  the date and place of death;

   (e)  the gender of the deceased;

   (f)  whether or not the deceased was a person of Aboriginal or Torres
        Strait Islander origin, if known.
