35. Putting destructive material etc. on roads

A person must not-

   (a)  throw, drop, place, leave; or

   (b)  cause or permit to be thrown, dropped or placed-

on a road, any destructive or injurious material, or a substance or thing,
that is likely to endanger a person, animal or vehicle. Penalty: 5 penalty
