Application of certain fees

85A. Application of certain fees

The following fees received by the Corporation must be paid by it into its
general fund-

   (a)  fees payable under regulation 701 of the Road Management (General)
        Regulations 2005 (property enquiry fees); and

   (b)  fees payable under regulation 18 of the Road Management (Works and
        Infrastructure) Regulations 2005 (consent fees for proposed works).
