Interpretation-retractable axles


10. Interpretation-retractable axles



(1) For the purposes of these Regulations, a retractable axle that conforms
with the standards for registration-

   (a)  must be taken to be an axle when it is in the lowered position; and

   (b)  must be taken not to be an axle when it is in the raised position.
