Contents of class 1 notices

179. Contents of class 1 notices

A class 1 notice must specify-

   (a)  the category of class 1 vehicles to which it applies; and

   (b)  the provisions of Schedule 7 from which the category of class 1
        vehicles is exempt; and

   (c)  any conditions under which the exemption is given; and

   (d)  the period for which the exemption is to be in force, being not more
        than 5 years.
