Contents of class 2 notices

189. Contents of class 2 notices

A class 2 notice must specify-

   (a)  the category of class 2 vehicles to which it applies; and

   (b)  the provisions of Schedule 8 from what the category of class 2
        vehicles is exempt; and

   (c)  any conditions under which the exemption is given; and

   (d)  the period, not more than 5 years, for which the exemption is to be in
        force.
