79. Application for transfer of registration by legal personal representative

If the registered operator of a vehicle dies, the operator's legal personal
representative must, within 14 days after becoming the legal personal
representative, give the Corporation-

   (a)  evidence of the registered operator's death; and

   (b)  an application, in the approved form, for transfer of the registration
        of the vehicle to the legal personal representative; and

   (c)  the transfer fee for the transfer of the registration of the vehicle.
