8. Interpretation-vehicles, combinations and loads



(1) In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, a reference
to a vehicle includes a reference to a combination.

(2) In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, a reference
to a vehicle includes a reference to any load carried by that vehicle while on
a highway.
