Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009 - SECT 1 

Objectives


1. Objectives

The objective of these Regulations is to make provision under the
Road Safety Act 1986 for-

   (a)  driver licences and learner permits; and

   (b)  heavy vehicle driver fatigue management; and

   (c)  the charging of fees.
