Mandatory refusal for specified applicants

29. Mandatory refusal for specified applicants



(1) This regulation applies to a person who-

   (a)  is currently disqualified from driving under the law of Victoria or
        another jurisdiction; or

   (b)  has an Australian driver licence or an Australian learner permit that
        is currently suspended; or

   (c)  is currently disqualified from driving under the law of another
        country in circumstances that, if they occurred in Victoria, would
        have resulted in the person being disqualified from driving in
        Victoria.

(2) If the person applies for a driver licence or learner permit, the
Corporation must refuse the application.
