STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 2007 (NO. 28 OF 2007) - SECT 2

    (1)     Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

    (2)     The following items in the Schedule are deemed to have come into operation on the following dates—

        (a)     item 7.2 on 1 September 2006;

        (b)     item 57 on 10 October 2006; and

        (c)         item 61.1 on 1 December 2006.
