COUNTY COURT CRIMINAL PROCEDURE RULES 2019 (SR NO 126 OF 2019) - REG 11.14

A notice under section 271 of the Act of intention to dispute the whole or a specified part of an assessment report, progress report or other report filed with or given to the Court on the hearing of an application under the Act—

        (a)     shall be in Form 11P; and

        (b)     must be served on the other party in accordance with section 342 of the Act.
