FISHERIES AND FISHERIES (FEES, ROYALTIES AND LEVIES) FURTHER AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2013 (SR NO 168 OF 2013) - REG 38
Restrictions on use and possession of commercial fishing equipment
For regulation 167(3) of the Principal Regulations, substitute —
"(3) If the licence holder uses a crab pot in the
Cunningham Arm, the licence holder must be in attendance at the crab pot at
all times.".
