HEALTH SERVICES (PRIVATE HOSPITALS AND DAY PROCEDURE CENTRES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 83 OF 2018) - REG 31

    (1)     In regulation 27(1) of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "private hospital or day procedure centre"  substitute "health service establishment";

        (b)     for "hospital or centre" substitute "health service establishment".

    (2)     In regulation 27(3) of the Principal Regulations, for "private hospital or day procedure centre" substitute "health service establishment".
