HEALTH SERVICES (PRIVATE HOSPITALS AND DAY PROCEDURE CENTRES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 83 OF 2018) - REG 44

Operation Theatre Register

    (1)     In regulation 37(1) of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "private hospital or day procedure centre"  substitute "health service establishment";

        (b)     for "hospital or centre" substitute "health service establishment".

    (2)     In regulation 37(2) of the Principal Regulations, for "hospital or centre" substitute "health service establishment".

    (3)     Regulation 37(2)(i) of the Principal Regulations is revoked .
