HEALTH SERVICES (PRIVATE HOSPITALS AND DAY PROCEDURE CENTRES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 83 OF 2018) - REG 63

Schedule 7—Notice of seizure of document or thing from a private hospital or day procedure centre

    (1)     In the heading to Schedule 7 to the Principal Regulations, for " private hospital or day procedure centre " substitute " health service establishment ".

    (2)     In Schedule 7 to the Principal Regulations, for "private hospital or day procedure centre" (where twice occurring) substitute "health service establishment".
