LOCAL GOVERNMENT (GENERAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 19 OF 2011) - REG 3

For item 5 in Form 2 of the Schedule to the Local Government (General) Regulations 2004 ^[1] substitute —

    "5.     Particulars of any gift of or above the amount or value of $500 received by you, either directly or indirectly, other than a gift received from a relative*** of yours or received as hospitality at an event or function you attended in an official capacity as the Mayor, a Councillor, a member of Council staff or a member of a special committee.".
