PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2016 (SR NO 3 OF 2016) - REG 6

    (1)     In regulation 84(1) of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "school" (where first occurring) substitute "school, education and care service premises";

        (b)     for "school or centre" substitute "primary school, education and care service premises or children's services centre".

    (2)     In regulation 84(2) of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "school" (where twice occurring) substitute "school, education and care service premises";

        (b)     for paragraph (b) substitute —

    "(b)     Poliovirus infection; or".
