PORT MANAGEMENT (PRESCRIBED BODIES) REGULATIONS 2022 (SR NO 105 OF 2022) - REG 6

The following bodies are prescribed for the purposes of section 91FA(c) of the Port Management Act 1995 —

        (a)     Safe Transport Victoria;

        (b)     Environment Protection Authority;

        (c)     WorkSafe Victoria.
