PORT MANAGEMENT (PORT OF MELBOURNE SAFETY AND PROPERTY) REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 108 OF 2020) - REG 20

    (1)     For the purposes of section 88M(2) of the Act, the notice must be given at least 24 hours before the time that the person proposes to carry out the activity.

Penalty:     20 penalty units.

    (2)     The notice must include details of the activity including––

        (a)     the type of activity; and

        (b)     the proposed location in the port; and

        (c)     the date and time of the activity.
