Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A person who applies to the Council for certification of a plan of subdivision must pay to the Council a fee of $100 plus $20 for each lot to be created by the subdivision.
(2) A person who applies to the Council for certification of a plan, other than a plan of subdivision, must pay to the Council a fee of $100.
(3) A fee payable under this regulation must be paid at the time at which the application is made.
