TOBACCO (VICTORIAN HEALTH PROMOTION FOUNDATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 14 OF 2020) - REG 4

Appointment of members of Foundation

    (1)     In regulation 5(1)(b)(iii) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2011 [1] , for "Mr Benedict Hartung" substitute "Ms Catherine Harding".

    (2)     In regulation 5(10) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2011, for "1 October 2019 and ending on 30 September 2022" substitute "1 March 2020 and ending on 30 September 2023".
