VICTORIAN ENERGY EFFICIENCY TARGET AMENDMENT (PRESCRIBED ACTIVITIES) REGULATIONS 2012 (SR NO 6 OF 2012) - REG 10

In Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     after the heading to Schedule 2, for " Regulations 6(b) and 6AA(b)" substitute "Regulation 6(1)(b)";

        (b)     after the heading " SOLAR RETROFIT KIT ", for " regulations 6(b) and 6AA(b)" substitute " regulation 6(1)(b)".
