In Schedule 22 to the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     after the heading to Schedule 22, for " Regulations 6(v) and 6AA(j)" substitute " Regulation 6(1)(r)";

        (b)     after the heading " HIGH EFFICIENCY REFRIGERATORS AND FREEZERS ", for " regulations 6(v) and 6AA(j)" substitute " regulation 6(1)(r)".
