Chiropractors Registration Act 1996 - SCHEDULE

CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS
1. Accident Compensation Act 1985
1.1. In section 5(1), in the definition of "medical service" for "registered
chiropractor and osteopath" substitute "registered chiropractor, registered
osteopath".
1.2. In sections 111(2)(a)(ii) and 113(3)(b) for "or registered chiropractor
and osteopath" substitute ", registered chiropractor or registered osteopath".
1.3. In section 112(1) for "registered chiropractor and osteopath" substitute
"registered chiropractor, registered osteopath".
2. Medical Practice Act 1994 In section 37(2) for paragraph (f) substitute-

"(f) a chiropractor registered under the Chiropractors Registration Act
1996;".
3. Physiotherapists Act 1978 In section 24(3), for paragraph (f) substitute-

"(f) a registered chiropractor or a registered osteopath.".
4. Transport Accident Act 1986 In section 3(1), in paragraph (e) of the
definition of "medical service" for "registered chiropractor and osteopath"
substitute "registered chiropractor, registered osteopath".
5. Workers Compensation Act 1958 In section 26(2)(d) for "registered
chiropractor and osteopath" substitute "registered chiropractor or registered
osteopath" ---------------
