ADOPTION ACT 1994 - SECT 99

99 .         Register of contact vetoes

                The CEO is to maintain a register of —

            (a)         the statements of wishes that were registered under this Division before the veto cut off day; and

            (b)         any cancellation or variation under section 102(1).
