           Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Taxing) Act 1995

An Act to impose certain fees referred to in Part 9 of the Agricultural and
Veterinary Chemicals (Western Australia) Act 1995 to the extent that any
such fee may be a tax.


1.    Short title


            This Act may be cited as the Agricultural and Veterinary
       Chemicals (Taxing) Act 1995 1.

2.    Commencement


            This Act comes into operation on the day on which Part 9 of the
       Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Western Australia) Act 1995
       comes into operation 1.

3.    Imposition of tax


            To the extent that any fee referred to in Part 9 of the
       Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Western Australia) Act 1995
       may be a tax, this Act imposes the fee.
