Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Part 5 of this Act, as
inserted by section 5 of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Western
Australia) Amendment Act 2001 , applies in relation to matters arising in
relation to the applicable provisions of this jurisdiction, and decisions made
or other things done or omitted to be done under the Commonwealth
administrative laws in respect of such matters, before, on or after the
commencement of that section.
