Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Any moneys payable to
the Trust pursuant to the provisions of this Act, as well as the costs of
proceedings for the recovery of those moneys, may be sued for and recovered by
action at the suit of the Trust in a court of competent jurisdiction, and any
such action may be taken without prejudicing the liability of any person,
racing or other club, association or body to penalty under this Act.
