section 4 but without affecting any agreement made pursuant to
clause 24(1) of the Agreement referred to in section 3, that
Agreement shall, on and after the coming into operation of the Alumina
Refinery (Worsley) Agreement Amendment Act 1992 1 , operate and
take effect subject to its provisions as those provisions are amended by the
First, Second and Third Supplementary Agreements.
